1. The Tennis Psyche System

After the point it is important that all players respond rather than react to the play, whether hitting a winner, making a mistake, or accepting an opponents play, its a players reaction to the point that takes the player two steps from a positive or a negative outcome. 2. Pre-Serve Routine

For an effective Pre-Serve Mental Routine a player will go through a set of stages, each as important as the next. This allows the player to step up to the baseline knowing what it is they exactly are to carry out. Important is the fact the player steps to the baseline with no self defeating or negative enhancing thoughts.

3. Return of Serve Routine

Similar to the Pre-Serve Mental Routine this consists of a set of equally important stages. The ability to play Assertively is a major benefit here.

4. Understanding Thought Procedures

The ability to control what we think on the court is so beneficial when playing in pressure situations. Here you will learn the secrets of all top Athletes.

5. Other Essential Techniques

The Tennis Psyche System starts its Pre-Performance cycle 2 weeks before the actual matchplay, right up to the last 30 seconds before walking into the arena. Constant and Consistent routines, help an athlete attain control and familiarity when in pressure situations by bringing them into situations that they have been through 1000's of times before.
