Team Work starts with an understanding of the teams values and goals, your own role within the team and how this affects those around you. Here we will focus on every person within the team before moving onto the next with each member giving a descriptive evaluation of how they feel about that person.

This is of upmost importantance that the team understands the key roles of communicating from listening to effective questioning and accepting constructive feedback/critisicm without emotions getting in the way.

Our aim is to increase the teams awaremess of not only themselves but of others around them, after all in any given team there will be a number of relationships, a breakdown in any one of these relationships can create cracks in the team environment.
