Aim

To teach athletes to become mentally tough utilising the following basic principles:-

100% Effort at all times during the Periodization Programme

Positive emotions regardless of the situation or outcome

Personal Responsibility and utilisation of a no Excuse mentality

 To be Assertive throughout Practice and Play

We also aim to implement the 3 keys of a 'champions mentality' :-

Upmost desire to become the best they can be

Unconditional Love of what they are doing

A belief they have won the match before they step onto the court

The Sport Psyche System prepares an athlete to be ready for the next play physically attuned, emotionally positive and mentally focused for their next objective.

It will teach athletes that the key to controlling thoughts will be not to act whilst having self defeating, negative or doubting thoughts.

The System implemented in an athletes programme enables them to take charge of any situation by channeling their thoughts, feelings and behaviours in a positive and constructive way.
