Studying for exams can be very
stressful for students of any age. In fact research has
shown that 82% of students suffer from some form of exam
stress. The stress can lead to Poor concentration, poor
memory and poor decision making, panic and the mind going
blank - all of which affect performance.
The root cause of stress is often
down to pressure from parents, pressure from themselves,
pressure from peers or a need to succeed and a fear of
failure. The bad news is education establishments do not
help students get beneath these root causes; the good news
is there are some very practical strategies for not only
dealing with exam nerves but also for memory and generally
learning.
Through both hypnosis and
self-hyopnosis students can learn to:
- Use mental
and physical relaxation techniques
- Develop a
positive mental approach to exams
- Create an
optimum state for learning and studying
- Improve
levels of mental concentration, alertness and
performance
- Eliminate
pre-exam nerves, deal with post exam worries and keep
things in perspective
How many Chances can you
afford to take!!
The majority of exam nerves can
